      Incompetent or just dishonest. Not sure. They came to my home to provide a quote. I told them I was getting other quotes also. I ended up going with another company. I never signed anything with Springfield Gutters. Now, weeks after the other company installed my new gutters, Springfield Gutters called me and said they have the material in to install my gutters. I told them I never signed anything with them and that I had already had another company install new gutters. Several days passed and they called again saying they have the material to install my gutters and wanted to deliver it. I reminded them I did not pick them and already have new gutters.
      I do not recommend contacting Springfield Gutters for anything.
