- If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from Staff Carpet for any reason, you must promptly notify your Staff Carpet sales representative in order to return the product and to receive a full credit of the purchase price. Once the product is installed, it may not be returned under any circumstances. A refund will be issued for full unopened boxes of any current in-stock product returned in good box condition within 3 months of the date the product was received. Sealed liquid products must be returned within 30 days. No returns are allowed on discontinued, close-out or special ordered-in products.
If the original purchase was paid in cash or by check, Staff Carpet will issue a refund check and send it to the customer within 14 days. All refunds will be issued in the name as it appears on the original sales order. Refunds for orders paid by credit cards will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase. - Business Categories
