    Worst hospitality experience in my life:V*** booked unit in St. Louis, MO. Attempted to cancel within 15 minutes after reservation. Host did not accept cancellation in V*** messaging. Instructed to cancel on V*** platform, however option was not available. They told us to contact V*** support which i did. V*** rep stated that cancellation was to be done on host's side and V*** attempted to contact them and no one answered the call. She then sent the host an email. I asked for an update from host next day and they said they cannot cancel it. They purposely mislead me to waste time contacting V*** waiting for check-in time to pass.

    TBFS Investments is a nefarious company. WORST property managers I ever dealt with.
    Inept amateurs. DON'T EVER RENT ON ****! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
    Rented a unit in luxury neighborhood **** ***** - *******. Property is below lack luster & blight to the upscale neighborhood due to not being maintained properly.
    WATER WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY. Unable to take a shower while there for a week of March.
    Water quit working 3 minutes into shower. Had to rinse hair in barely working sink.
    Immediately messaged Dan. Claimed he would send someone out. 6 hours later a rude man knocked & said "Boo!" when I answered the door. Said he was there to check water & was unable to duplicate the issue. He said, "Good Luck" and "He has told these property owners several times that the plumbing needs replaced in these OLD buildings and they don't ever listen to him." TBFS choses to ignore the issue and keep renting out properties with lack of basic, legally required utilities. 2nd time & Dan was notified and he simply stopped responding after a number of messages were sent. I have videos of all.
    EXPIRED CITY PERMIT! RENTS OUT ILLEGAL VACATION RENTALS! Permit expired 6 years ago in 2018! TBFS have failed to update their permit which is completely illegal!
    ALL cookware scratched & rusted. unsuitable for cooking. Oven missing knobs.
    BLACK MOLD growing on ceiling in bathroom. Roof leaks above the television set.
    Dishwasher missing the On/Off button. Have to use a toothpick to start and stop it.
    Photos on **** are deceptive because of filters used. Walls all had dents, scratches, missing paint, etc., etc., throughout the rental unit. TBFS Investments and Use lots of filters on the photos of the property that make it appear nice and clean. Found lots of strangers hairs on rugs Finger nail clippings on the floor and on the couch!
    Dan left a negative review of me on **** in retaliation for my complaining to **** about his sub-standard rental & his lack of communication. Petty and immature.
