      I would give zero stars if I could. I am in the middle of a move and getting ready to list my home. I wanted a deep cleaning while I was out of town, top to bottom. My house was not cleaned, it looked exactly the same as when I left. When I called and spoke to Victoria she said the technician was so busy cleaning up construction mess he didnt get to finish the rest of my house. That it was my fault that I didnt tell them it was a construction cleaning. I was confused because there was no construction mess for him to clean. We had already cleaned up both bathrooms after replacing the showers. We had also done a basic cleaning of every room to make things easier. She then told me she needed to find out more information and she would call me back. She has not called me back or returned my phone call after I left a message 5 days ago. I have requested a refund but doubt that will happen. The cleaning was meant to help me throughout my move, not add more stress. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement considering all the great reviews the company received from others.

      Update: I received a call this morning and discussed the issue. She was great, very understanding of my situation. I was told I could have a $200 discount off on my cleaning but only if I completely removed my review, not just update it per company policy. Guess I am being petty at this point because I declined the discount. Not gonna be bought off from leaving honest feedback for others to make a decision if they want to use this company or not. Still disappointed but the representative that called me was great, they have one good thing going for them atleast.

      They do not do a deep cleaning by no means as they claim. They sent two people out that didn’t speak good English. One lady sat in the car smoking most of the time. They were a hour late and left early as scheduled. They trick you into signing a contract to give you a deep clean deal. This is a scam. Then sometimes no one showed up and I was billed. The owner is so unprofessional and argued she had signed timesheets. If my house is locked up and no one came? Seriously the deep clean was to mop and dust fans? I expect a deep cleaning. Than I cancelled the service. They continued to bill me. When I contacted the bank she sent them the contract. 6 months later they ran my card again. Than some black woman kept calling over and over threatening to sue me. They continue 2 years later to try and bill me. This place is shady. The cleaning lady that did come sat in my garage and smoked. Than sat and flirt with my boyfriend. I would stay clear of this company.

      We used this company to clean our home before moving in. We were charged $500 and not provided the service that was promised. After they came to clean nothing was clean, so we asked them to return where still nothing was cleaned. We reached out letting them know that we were unhappy with their services and they basically said we were lying because they had pictures that showed the house was clean. Even though we had pictures that showed it was not. We had to clean the entire house ourselves. The mop water was black after I cleaned and I had a dustpan full of dirt that I swept up from the floors. The cabinets had cobwebs and dirt still in them. Overall the company did not take any accountability for their mistakes and wouldn’t even call me to talk about the problem. They would only speak to me over text. Very negative experience and even worse customer service. They did not live up to wait we agreed upon and did not make the situation right.
