    Recently purchased a new pontoon boat from The Boat Dock. Customer service and the whole experience went smooth and staff where very friendly. Highly recommend thus company.

    Toke my boat over for a simple oil change that was well over priced but you know they are professionals so I'll pay the money we'll come to find out I would of had better luck letting my 2 year old do it they put enought oil in my boat to cover half the dipstick And when I called them and told them about it all they could do was point the finger back at me and told me well are you sure your reading it right I simply told them yes I have read it right for about 10times now so I toke it back to them and all they could say is well your right.... Well no shit I've only been checking dipsticks for 15years lol over half my life time and Kevin the guy that's in charge of the service department told me you have to let the oild settle for 2days to a week before it's correct on the dipstick idk but that's the dumbs s*** I have ever heard needless to say I got my boat back toke it out for first time this year and it is running horrible so hard telling what they have done to my boat.... But I will be taking them to court worst place ever nothing but a rip off and they call there self professionals yea ok.....

    Worst customer service ever!! Salesman basically told us we wouldn’t find a boat under $50k. Pulled up a boat on their website, which was on the lot. He very rudely told us that boat is sold. Trailers don’t come with any of their boats. We left, drove across town and found exactly what we wanted with trailer included in the price! We will NOT be back!
