      K. Miller The owner in Springfield, Il, is only interested in how much your insurance will pay. He asked to speak to my insurance rep and the first thing he asked is how much coverage I have!!!!! Then he made jokes about how this job is going to pay for three of his Jamaican vacations. He would not give me an estimate. Said it was difficult to assess. He tore out a floor that I asked him not too. Never checked my drywall for moisture but planned to have it removed. A second contractor opinion stopped this from happening. After I asked him to move his stuff out he high balled me with 4500.00 charge for drying a 1600 sq ft basement. (He has two amazing workers that did a great job)We did not receive a receipt after multiple attempts nor would he submit a report to our insurance company . My insurance tried multiple times also to reach out to him. I’m not sure how he got his high ratings. His two helpers probably helped that because they are amazing.
