I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in August 2022. In August 2023, I noticed that my right passenger-side tire was losing air, so I took it to Gr*** on D******, located at **** ***** ******* ******** They patched my tire twice and charged me for the service, only for me to discover over Memorial Day weekend that all my tires were dry-rotted. The dealership where I purchased the car informed me that my tires were in bad condition after servicing at Green Lincoln Mazda, located at 3760 South 6th Street Highway W. I called and spoke to the sales manager, Justin, but the issue was not resolved.
Additionally, I took my vehicle in yesterday because the engine light was coming on, and the engine was revving. I also mentioned that the sunroof was not functioning properly, but that issue was not addressed either. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of attention and care from the employees.

Went to test drive a vehicle and decided I wanted to buy it. They insisted I needed to put money down in order to seal the deal before I left because the numbers would somehow magically change. I put the money down and the car was still allowed to be test driven by other people. I didn’t re test drive the next day but I noticed it was re parked so I asked was it was driven and I was told that it possibly was since it’s still in the system even after I put money down. 24 hours later, after I get insurance squared away, I drive and it feels like the transmission is about to give. I push the gas and the engine just revs up. The truck didn’t do any of this when I test drove it. My sales associate Moe, was very adamant about me signing something or putting money down even though I ensured him I’d be back to purchase fully the next day. That should have been a red flag right there. He went to get his manager Justin that basically helped him manipulate the situation and make it all sound good. The manager even lied about the car having a certain feature that it in fact does not have. I contact Moe about how the car is driving and he just completely ignores the fact and says “nobody drove the car.” At this point, that’s regardless of the fact. The car has been driven and started on the lot because it was popular so of course it will run differently after sitting a day. The car came with a limited warranty that should take care of major unforeseen issues. These people are complete scammers and I’ll most like have to lawyer up like I have in the past. I wish i would have at least read the reviews about this place because I would have never even considered. The last I heard from Moe is that I would be contacted by a manager. I’m still waiting for that call.

On May 14, after getting off work, I went to look at a Mazda CX-90—a vehicle I’m very interested in and was hoping to test drive. While at the dealership, I asked the salesperson if I could take the car for a solo test drive. He looked at me and stated that he couldn’t allow it because he feared I might steal the vehicle. I found his response to be not only rude but also deeply offensive. The implication that I would steal the car felt racially charged and left me feeling disrespected and unfairly judged.

This is not completely true. The wording of this interaction has been altered. For insurance coverage reasons as well as heightened vehicle theft in our area a company representative is required to be on the test drive. This customer immediately reacted and made it about race which is horrible. The same rules apply to everyone, and to make such a serious claim without more substance is really a bad thing.

We took our car into green mazda on dec 5th of 2024. we just got it back today. We took it in for a traction control sensor code. They returned the car to us 3 times saying it was fixed, and every single time it still had the same code on it. All in all they were paid almost $10k from us and our car warranty, and only at the end did they tell us that the transmission (which we were not having problems with when we took it in) was the problem and it would be another $11,000 to fix. So our car has the same problem it had when we took it in, and our car warranty wont cover any more repairs now.
When we complained we were asked to leave and told multiple times that it was normal to give the car back with the same code on it THREE TIMES. They returned the car to us with the steering wheel 90 degrees off, and told us that it was that way when we dropped it off, because they hadnt touched the steering. Only later did they acknowledge that when they completely disassembled the front of our car to replace the timing chain (which was not what we took it in for and was not a problem, but was a nice pricy $3500 in labor for them that was paid by our warranty) that they DID detach the steering column and didnt check it when they reattached it.
Do not go here. they gaslight women (my wife was told multiple times that things that the car was fine, even though they were not) and it wasnt until i, "the man" got involved that they listened and diagnosed the actual problem we had taken it in for. Mike, the service manager and Ron, the "paperwork guy" will lie and tell you whatever they think they can get away with, and theyve been doing it long enough to make it sound convincing.
Will never do business with them again.
