      We called Bunn to service a Keurig machine at work. The tech couldn't fix the machine. He was here less than an hour. They charged us for 2.5 hrs at $98 an hour plus $98 travel fee, and $10 for an admin fee for a total of $353. No one ever gave us a quote. They charged my card 4 months after the facts and then after they charged me, sent an invoice. What scammers!!!! Do not use them for service!!!

      They are elusive with their complaints, I have tried to talk to them with a phone call and get redirected every time.
      We have purchased 5 boxes a month ago and don't have the receipt and over 50%of them we had to toss out because they stick together.

      Do not purchase Bunn products. I purchased a Fast Cup machine from them and within 4 months it started having issues for which I contacted Bunn about and they sent me a technician that "fixed" the problem but it reoccurred months later. Then another month later a different problem started occurring and again they send a technician to "fix" the problem and it is still occurring again.
      So in total 6 technician visits totaling ~$250 each visit in less than 6 months. Even though it's under warranty, it's really not. They weasel their way out of it by saying they've determined it is not a manufacturers defect. I'm stuck with these machines, but do not buy any Bunn products. The reviews below are correct.
      Their customer service is even worse and take a very long time to respond to your inquiries via email. I tried to get a refund on my last two service calls because their certified technician verified it was a manufacturer's defect, but somehow Bunn's tech team says it's not; how can it not be if the technician needs to open the machine and tighten screws that, according to him, "were not assembled properly".

      We reached out to customer. He was incredibly nice and appreciative of the attention. We discussed the issues and settled on the following:
      He has another Fast Cup that he purchased and has started the process to get it installed with the install group. The machine related to the BBB complaint is functioning okay but not optimally and he would prefer to knock out the repair and install at the same time. We're setting up a time with the customer to get this accomplished

      If I could give them zero stars I would I bought a coffee maker and it got really hot on the top so they sent me a new one I sent back the old one I’ve had the new one for about a year and a half and it’s doing the same thing getting very very hot on the top of the maker I called the lady she told me the last one that I sent back there was nothing wrong with it so she was going to send me a label to send this one back to investigate it She was very rude I wouldn’t call and complain if there was nothing wrong with it

      We have used BUNN for years. No more. Machine broke under warranty and they keep pushing the date back on when I'll get the replacement.
      I keep getting excuses like, " It shipping from China." It has been over a year since the warranty claim. and I have been given 3 shipping dates for my replacement which NEVER arrived. 4th call today and again pushed back another month.
      I will never buy another BUNN again.

      I purchased their Cresendo espresso machine through Webstaurant store. Bunn do not provide warranty unless installing from their technician. I didn't see that must installing from their technician to get warranty.
      The machine has problem as soon as I purchased, and they changed me $249.15 for simple repairing. Also, I got repairing service on SEP. 1st and they suddenly charged me on Oct. 13th.
      I don't recommend to anyone.
