    On October 11, 2023, I paid off my remaining balance in full on their website (which I e done before using the same account for smaller payment amounts with no issue). On 10/12/23 the payment came out of my account and shows Hicks Gas got that payment. The following week I called and spoke to ******, because when I looked online to make sure there weren’t any additional fees I owed, it still showed the amount I paid off as being due. I explained this to ****** and informed her I had multiple sources of proof that the payment was made. She provided her email address, asked me to send the proof and she would work with her manager to get it resolved. I did this, and a week later, the website was still showing a balance. So we call and talk to ****** again and email her additional sources of verification. On 10/26 I check the site again and nothing has changed, still shows a balance due and we have also received a notice from their collection agency. I called again and this time spoke to ******* *****. She tells me the payment must not have gone through, which I tell her it did because it came out of my bank account and that transaction is labeled as going to Hicks Gas. She also asks me to email her all of my proof and she will work with management to fix. I email and ask her to confirm she got the email, which she did not. Tried to call back, 3 times. No one answered and no one returned any of our messages requesting a call back. Website still shows a balance.
