    Our camper sustained storm damage in Mar 2023 and was brought to Camping World to fix and our insurance company covered the repair. Trailer was brought home in early May and sat due to my military obligations. Upon inspection upon my return in July, we noticed peeling and lifting of caulk or holes in the caulk. There were also places where the caulk was splitting and excess sealant running down the sides of the trailer that was not cleaned off.

    Jul 2023 - We contacted Camping World about this and they had us bring the trailer back in on July 15th to fix. When we finally got a hold of their service department to find out the trailer was "ready", my husband went out to pick it up on the 22nd. He inspected the roof with one of their service managers and found extremely sub-par work and more repairs were now needed due to the previous poor repair work. We were then told that the entire roof would be redone (2nd replacement) and given a 3-4 week time.
    Aug 2023 - Due to lack of communication, I reached out on Aug 17 to inquire ask the status of our trailer. We were called later that day to let him know the trailer was again "ready" were able to get out there on Sept 1 to inspect again.

    Sept 2023 - Went to Camping World to inspect. The repair work was subpar again due to black silicone or caulk running down the sides of our white camper roof. No effort was made to clean any of the residual caulk off the sides, managed to bend our ladder brackets & left more holes and splits in the caulk on top of the roof. Even the service guy and service manager agreed the work was extremely sub-par. The service manager told us that they would put a new roof (3rd replacement roof) on and would keep in touch with us.
    Oct 2023 - I sent an email the other day because, again we have heard nothing in 6 weeks, about the status. We are awaiting a reply back as of now.

    The trailer has not been in our possession since Jul 2023 and have paid over $2500 in loan/insurance payments.
