      We hired Rick Ray to install our walk in shower and other things, but the walkin shower they installed has a crack on the left toe side of it and they also cut the bottom off. I called them to come and check it and try to fix the problem but when he came(Rick Ray) he denied his workers did not do anything wrong and he didn’t not show any care about the problem or try to fix the issue except being disrespectful about it.

      We installed a customer provided shower unit. The crack was not seen by the two technicians that did the work. We do not warrantee any materials not purchased through us,  I informed her before we did the work. There are companies that can repair the crack without replacing or removing the finished product, but she demanded that I replace the entire unit without proof of how or when the crack occurred. We completed the job on Aug 27th, the customer didn't call us about any issues until Sept 10th. The crack was not noticed by us or the customer the day we left. The customer had other companies there doing work in the bathroom as well. The floor was not level as per required by manufacture. Mortar was used to level the base causing front edge to be elevated off the floor, we told her that as well. The owner stated that she would take no less than an entire new unit at my cost along with all other associated cost incurred to change unit when a simple answer was offered.

      I had Rick Ray and sons come to my house to fix a dripping faucet in my bathroom. They said it was fixed, it was not. They came out a seconds time on November 2nd and again said they needed to order a part. I called when it was two weeks and the part still was not there. I asked for a refund and o only received a partial refund. I am still owed $100. They did not resolve my plumbing problem and they also in the process of trying to repair it, my handle to turn on my cold water is completely backwards.

      She had an issue that required us to change out a cold water stem that part was 100.00 for us to buy. We explained to her that just changing the stem may not take care of it, she understood that That & when that didn't work, we had to order a special part for her & we had no idea how long it was going to take to get it. When she canceled everything, because it was taking too long to get, we gave her a full refund back except the 100.00 for the part she still has. We even took off the labor we had in this job & we had to pay restock fee for returning the specialty part.
