My friend ******** ***** ***** ******** *** * **** ** ******* ****** co on 8-17-22 to get matching tattoos. Our artist was ****. He went over my tattoo 4 times and hers 3. He wiped them off and applied the salve and that was it. He didn’t clean off our foot or anything. We were a little nervous about this but they looked ok at first. So I paid $100 on my card and she paid $200 as it was $140 a piece and a $20 tip. As it began to heal mine started scaring where the words are . All of that is raised and pieces are coming out of the birds. We went in to the shop today 8-25-22 to ask for a partial refund as neither really want them to tattoo us again and she is moving on 9-2-22. They were very confrontational and were just trying to blame it on us and also saying things like well that’s the foot , that’s how tattoos are on the feet . Which ******** has a tattoo on her other foot that she has had for quite awhile and it doesn’t look like that. They refused to accept any responsibility. We have had another tattoo artist not from their shop look at our tattoos and they said that they were overworked and that mine is scaring. These people were very unprofessional and couldn’t accept responsibility for their mistakes. We are just wanting at least a partial refund, if not a full refund because of the way they were today.
