    On 2/18/23 I had this establishment put a new tire on my vehicle. I asked them to remove an old tire located on the front driver’s side of the vehicle, from the rim and replace it with a new tire that I supplied.
    Upon leaving the establishment I then drove in town to visit with my mother at her residence for approximately four hours. I then left Springfield and began my trip back home. While I was driving to ******* *** I begin to feel and hear a thumping sound from the tire that had just been replaced. I decided to pull into another auto repair establishment to have the tire looked assessed. However, I was not able to make it to the establishment due the severe damage occurring as I was driving on the road. The tire flew off my vehicle, the axel broke, and the stud popped off the wheel baring. This caused severe damage to my vehicle causing body damage to my driver side front door. I was forced to pull over and have my vehicle towed. As a result of the tire being improperly install by * ***** **** **** ******, I had to pay $130 to have mu vehicle towed, $220 to have the axel repaired, and $485 to have the wheel bearing repaired. I have obtained an estimate to repair the damages caused to the door and fender and the estimated cost of repairs is $475. Due to this incident, I was not able to attend work on 2/19/23.

    I am request assistance from your organization with help to recover the cost to incurred as a result of A Cheap Tire Auto Repair improperly installing a tire on my vehicle. I am also seeking the cost to have my fender and door repaired as well as reimbursement for the cost of services A Cheap Tire Auto Repair charged to install the tire on my vehicle.

    I have made several attempts to resolve this matter with A Cheap Tire Auto Repair but have not been successful.
