    On 8/21/23, I placed a deposit for a ******* and financed a ***** for $16,600. I was told I would receive all the registration docs in a few weeks. On 8/25/23, I provided a cashier’s check for $15,527 to complete the purchase of the *******. I was told I would receive the title in a few weeks. On 8/29/23, I finally had the opportunity to familiarize myself with the intricacies of the *******. During this process, I realized that the 10-foot ramp for the upper deck was missing from the layer of ramps strapped to the lower deck. I reached out to inquire if it was at the Seller’s location or if he would be able to acquire one. The Seller said he would order it directly from the manufacturer. On my 9/4 and 9/13 follow ups, seller explained that it was on backorder and he would call them the following day for an update. Due to the time urgency of needing the ramp, I requested that if he was unable to acquire the ramp in time, if he would be willing to reimbursement if I can find one on ******. He explained that he should be able to get it before then, even if he has to order it from someone else.

    On 9/19/23, I reached out informing since I had not received the ramp from him and due to the time sensitivity, I had to order a ramp. I sent him a screenshot of the receipt for $925.75, which he said would be sent to the manager for reimbursement.

    I have requested updates and progress on the ******* title, the ***** registration information, and the reimbursement for the car hauler ramp on 9/4, 9/13, 9/19, 9/26, 10/9, 10/10 and 10/13 without avail. The temporary plate will expire soon and the trailers will be of no use and inoperable if that comes to pass.

    The finance company said the title was never provided to proceed. The titleholder refused to provide the title because the Seller did not remit payment to them.

    The title and registration processes need to be completed promptly or all amounts need to be refunded.

    The first picture is from ******** *******, the finance company used for Ms ******. This proves the documents were delivered to her mailbox. As for the missing ramp, the trailer was a used/repossession and those are sold as-is.

    Second attachment is an email from Mr ***** with **********, the other finance company used on Ms ******’ other trailer purchase. 

    Ms ****** needs to contact the finance companies she funded through for her registration needs.
