    I used an website called chipdrop.com to request wood chips. The app allows you to customize requests. I specifically asked that the company dropping off the chips put them in the driveway. I didn't leave an alternative location because its the only place I wanted them dropped. PHP Tree service crew members instead dropped off a massive truck load in front of my house on the city street and easement and my lawn. There is so much wood chips that it completely blocks the sidewalk. This is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe the crew members from PHP used my property and city property in front of it as a dumping site. I contacted the company to request removal as the workers did not follow any of he instructions and simply dumped an extremely large load directly on a well taken care of lawn and on the city side walk/ easement. I contacted the company and they indicated that they could add me to their schedule and asked if June 13 would work. That is a month away! By that time, not only will the city be sending out fines for the blocked sidewalk and easement, but they will also be a moldy, rotten and decaying tree waste in front of my house. This poses a public health hazard and I want to make sure the company will be responsible for paying any fines, cost of me hiring another company to remove it and is also responsible for my children who have asthma and any medical bills related to them breathing in the toxic fumes this massive pile of wood chips give off. My children over the weekend began wheezing when being outside near the pile of waste this company left.

    consumer called BBB today to report the company came and picked up everything and the consumer considers the matter resolved.
