      We ordered nine replacement windows in March 2022. They were installed in July with numerous issues. They didn’t finish around the edges. There were up to one inch gaps around the interior of the windows. Seven of nine screens had to be replaced. One window has a broken seal with condensation between the panes. After numerous calls we were given a date to install a new window but it was found to be the wrong size. Then a few weeks ago we were told a new window was ordered and after numerous phone calls confirming a date to install they eventually said they didn’t have the correct size again. We’ve been told it will be at least another four weeks before they can get the correct size. This has been a full year trying to get this done. We just want the defective window replaced. A year has been long enough. They have been paid for the windows and install. We were originally told 20-24 weeks lead time. They have had ample time to get this job completed. We would like to have this done asap. Enough is enough!

      **** ******, QC Manager, reached out to *** ****** this morning with an update on the re-ordered materials.   The materials are still in production and **** will be updating the customer in a couple of weeks on status of shipment.   When the materials arrive, we will work with the customer on setting up a service time right away to get this resolved.   Thanks for the feedback and patience.

      Window World quoted me $12,000 to put vinyl siding on my house. I paid half up front. The first crew took two weeks to install the siding and it was agreed by all parties did a terrible job. The second crew that came to repair the issues also did a terrible job. There are nails visibly showing! Window World agreed to waive me paying the remaining half and now I have to hire a contractor to remove all the siding and reinstall. I only asked that Window World provide the j channels to go around the windows and one box of siding to replace damaged siding. They are providing the j channels but refused to supply one box of siding. Now I have to buy that. If they would just provide the siding or cover the cost of that one box that would be acceptable. The install started June 30th and I’m am still having to deal with this mess!
