  I regretfully hired Atlas General dba Castile Roofing to replace a simple asphalt shingle roof on my home. Issues started before the work began when questioned about a delay in starting, was told they were waiting for a deposit check that was never requested. I had no problem providing a deposit with a signed contract .. that never materialized. I was asked to sign the estimate that provided zero terms. First shingles delivered were an incorrect brand, work started on removing patio and roof shingles when to furring strips were missing. ******* was super nice and apologetic and this was fixed day 2. Nearly a week later (1700 sq foot home) the roof was touted as complete with crooked lines, staples and nails glistening in the sun, plops of tar throughout, vents replaced backwards and barely sealed. I was called crazy and uneducated in roofing standards. AZ *** agreed with me. Atlas/ *******, after nearly a year of back and forth, agreed to replace their poor workmanship. Second attempt was fish-mouthed throughout 90% of the roof. Turns out 1st attempt was mostly stapled on (voiding manufacturer warranty and installation guidelines) and 2nd attempt failed to remove original tarpaper with all the prior staples prior to installing new shingles. Atlas/Castile blamed the manufacturer for faulty shingles (nothing is ever Atlas/Castile's fault) AZ *** ruled in my favor, suspended and fined the license. **********************/Castile filed an improper lien on my home (need a contract and completed work on a primary personal residence) 6 years of these headaches including court and legal fees is absolutely not worth it. Work was ultimately replaced a third time by a qualified contractor.

  Kudos to Atlas General Construction, we enjoyed our experience with Atlas, The house remodeling was outstanding. The crews completed the work, much more quickly than we anticipated, working with Bill as the owner and Ruben as the Director is actually a great match for the Construction Industry, We would recommend to everyone .

  Atlas General Contractors did an amazing job on a new roof installation on our home. Our project manager was with us every step of the way to navigate the process. They were extremely efficient, timely and professional. They did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend Atlas General Contractors for roofing and exterior home projects!

  Used Atlas for a new house roof/gutters - they did the job quickly and (knock on wood) I haven't had any roof leaks through some big storms.

  Atlas just completed a new roof installation on our home. They did a wonderful job. Atlas was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. *** at Atlas managed the project and did a great job and gave us confidence in their work. We received several different quotes and Atlas was very reasonable. But what made Atlas stand out from the other roofing companies is that *** was very honest and upfront in advising when the roof should be installed. *** strongly recommended waiting until the weather was warmer and consistent so that the shingles would properly adhere. Other roofers did not seem to share that same concern and were ready to install in colder temperatures where there was a good chance the shingles would not stick. Very much appreciated.

  We enjoyed our experience with *** at Atlas. They replaced our soffit and fascia and gutters. The service was efficient, timely and professional. We appreciated how *** kept in contact throughout the entire process. The crews completed the work much more quickly than we anticipated. We would recommend them to anyone.

  We had heavy hail damage to our roof after several spring storms. Atlas was persistent when working with our insurance company. Three times we had different adjusters inspect our home and each time Atlas was present and pointed out damage. Thanks to their documentation, we were able to escalate our claim to have a full roof, skylight and gutters covered. Though we had started this process in the spring, they did the roof in November.Expectations were set by Atlas as to time frames and absolutely met. The crews were professional and most importantly, communication was excellent. We could not have asked for anything more!

  Atlas General Contractors did a fantastic job on our new roof. We are very pleased. They were very easy to work with. They showed up on time, and had a very hard working crew. We are glad we used them.

  I asked to have a small hole in the roof patched. The company refused service. I find this disappointing considering that "roofing" is one of their specialties. I think this company should remove "roofing" as one of their areas of expertise if they are going to refuse service in this area. It makes finding a contractor much more difficult when Atlas makes this lie.

  Astounding company! I had horrible storm damage to my roof, siding, etc. and ***** and his teams did an outstanding job to replace my roof, siding and gutters. My house was done in a very fast and timely manner and now looks as beautiful as it ever has. ***** worked with me explaining everything thoroughly as I had no idea what I was doing *** walked me through the whole process. I couldn't recommend Atlas enough!
