5 starsRRN recently replaced my roof and fixed interior water damage. I have never had a better experience with a contractor. ****** *******, the owner, personally handled my project from start to finish. He always promptly returned my calls, made multiple trips to my house, handled all the negotiations with State Farm and permitting, and personnally supervised his crew. The experience with this company was wonderful from start to finish. When we first called they were out same day in a short period of time and got right to resolving the immediate issues. The crew was friendly and respectful of our yard, etc. The cleanup was amazing, if you didn't know they tore off the roof and put up a new one, you would never tell by anything left behind. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends because of a job well done and the promptness of their service. We would definitely recommend them and use them again if the need arose. We appreciated the quick response and honesty.

5 starsI am very pleased from start to finish, ***************************, is very professional, he cares about his clients. From the first call to have him look at our existing roof, and every step after he has gone over and above. Making sure our experience was smooth and effortless. He and his team brought their very best to the table, from finding the shingles we were looking for, to Making sure we were always informed. Saturday everyone was here at 7:00 am. Including ******************, he stayed the whole day to assist and inform me on the progress. That's unheard-of these days ! By 3:45 pm they were finished and cleaned up . I just had a new roof installed by RRN , *** and I could now be more pleased by the service I received by ****** and his crew. What a wonderful experience and a very handsome roof. The work was done in one day and you would not even know anyone was there except for the beautiful roof. They cleaned up the mess completely. I had so many comments on my roof from my neighbors. I have a corner lot so my house is viewed from 3 sides and it looks great. Thank you RNN,*** for all your help and kindness. You can go wrong using this company.RRN, Inc.

Yet another 5 star review to the owner of RRN, *** and his crew. The roof, gutters and window screens were damaged by a hail storm on my home in April of 2023. He worked in tandem with the insurance adjuster during the inspection, which was comforting. Once the old shingles were removed, they discovered some rot damage on sections of the wood paneling, the wood was replaced during the process without any mention of budget/extra cost. What a stand up guy and crew, I guarantee you will not be disappointed with their work. I would personally recommend their service to any family member or friend.This is my first home so the situation was nerve wracking, a personal thanks to you and your team for explaining the process and helping ** through this situation.My request to any of their customers reading this review, ask for an extra business card or two and please recommend them to anyone in a similar situation!!!RRN, Inc.

We had our roof replaced in April '23 by *** and RRN, Inc. We could not have been happier. They did a great job through all phases of the process, beginning, middle and end. I very much appreciated that *** did what he said what he would do and he also set my expectations every step of they way by telling me what would happen next. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and the quality of work that is done for them. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends.RRN, Inc.

After a hail storm in September 2022, we had our insurance company inspect our home, and were told we needed a new roof and siding. We asked the insurance adjuster who we should call and he recommended RRN, **** from business and personal experience. Now we recommend ******, and RRN, Inc. ******, the owner, came to the house and guided us through the entire process, working with the insurance company to get the work done. ****** also helped us pick the roof and siding we were to use, and the match is better than what the builder had installed. The people that work for ****** are competent, and professional at what they do, paying attention to detail, respecting the landscaping and keeping the area around the house clean. ****** was often on sight with his workers. ****** is available 24/7 and responds quickly to emails and texts.He genuinely cares for the homeowner, and the result of the job he is doing. We know that if there is other work to be done on our home, we will call RRN, and be confident that the job will be done well. We highly recommend RRN,Inc.RRN, Inc.
