We recently had to replace our aging furnace after it became a potential hazard for our home. Everyone we dealt with from ****** H, ******* S, *** D and their team was professional, helpful, and very knowledgable. Most importantly they were patient. Every member from One Hour Heating took the extra time to walk our family through each step and answer any questions so we could make an informed decision we were comfortable with. I didn't realize this until recently, but apparently they installed our previous furnace so we've been a member for over 17 years now with no issues.One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning #38

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning #38, especially their technician Jose Gallardo does an excellent job. Jose always spends extra time making sure that any problems are fixed to your complete satisfaction. He also provides valuable information to help make sure that everything runs smoothly in the future as he did today when we discussed my Aprilaire humidifier. He showed me things that Aprilaire never told me. Because of Jose's excellent service I have taken to requesting him for all my appointments.One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning #38
