    So thankful we were referred to TimberBuilt Rooms! They have quite the operation going, and their employees are even more to rave about! From day one, our salesman **** was honest, listened to what we were trying to accomplish and patient as we had to delay our plans for a while. Once we began our process of an 18 x 20 all-season room, the turnover from **** to **** (Sales Assistant / Project Manager) was communicated as was each step along the way. **** was prompt at answering our questions, keeping us abreast of where we were in the project, what to expect when and providing proof of payment. The crew, led by Production Manager Jordanthese guys know what theyre doing, theyre polite, clean-up at the end of each day, answer any questions and communicate well amongst each other and with us.Our crew consisted of the following:Foundation Crew our apologies as other than ****** and *****, we did not retain their names. Framing Crew **** (lead), ***** and *************** - *************** ******* and **************** **** Painting - *** Another person we must mention is *****. ***** and his family own TimberBuilt Rooms. We had the pleasure of meeting ***** when he stopped by one day. When he saw that someone had called off from the foundation crew, he did not hesitate to jump right in and start helping. You dont often see owners do that, and we admire those that do! One more high score for us with TimberBuilt Rooms!In closing, our room looks amazing and was finished ahead of schedule! We highly recommend you contact **** at TimberBuilt Rooms if youre considering any type of addition. They do not use sub-contractors; it ends up looking like it was always part of your home, and you wont be disappointed! Our neighbors and friends are raving about it. Get your room scheduled today!
