    Prepaid for music lessons for the month of September 2023 and future music recitals. Emily Engstrom has only completed 3. Has not responded to numerus requests for a refunded. We have been customers of Emily for over 15 years and she has taught our 4 children during that time On August 27, 2023 Emily sent an email request (attached) for September 2023 tuition payment for piano lessons for our children ***** and *****. The request was for a total of $720.00. The breakdown is as follows: $640.00 to be applied for previously agreed upon dates and times (8 in total) for the entire month of September 2023 and a $80.00 annual registration fee to be used for the cost of future recitals. A total of $720.00 was paid to Emily Engstrom on or about September 11, 2023 via Zelle (payment proof attached) based on the agreed terms in your email. The agreed upon dates for the month of September 2023 were as follows:*****: Tuesdays 7:45pm-8:45pm for 1 hour each week *****: Wednesdays 10:00am-11:00am for 1 hour each week For a total of 8 lessons to be completed.As of December 2023 only 3 of the 8 lessons have been completed. Those dates are listed below.September 5, 6, & 12 of 2023.On September 13, Emily did not show up for our scheduled appointment. We have repeatedly reached out to her via phone/text message/mail to get confirmation of when and if she will be completing the remaining 5 (five) dates of lessons. Emily Engstrom has not responded to any of our communications which leads us to believe she will not be fulfilling her obligation to what were prepaid her to do. Our request is a return a total of $480.00 paid to Emily Engstrom for lessons that she has not fulfilled and for payment pertaining to future recitals that ***** and ***** will not be participating in with the breakdown as follows:$400.00 {$640.00 / 8 Lessons or $80.00 per ******* 5 lessons not completed equals $400.00}$80.00 {Annual Registration Fee for September 2023-2024}
