    We hired Jessica ******** from Joyous Beginnings by Jessica. We then reached out to her before the wedding providing her with a detailed list of what needed to be done the day of our wedding. She never replied to this email. On the day of our wedding, things only got worse. The detailed list that we had provided earlier in the week was nowhere to be found. It appears that Jessica never looked over the copy of that email as several decor items were not in the locations that were outlined. Additionally, as the night went on we noticed several of our decorations were never put out. Not only was it disappointing to see that our vision wasn't executed, the amount of time and money that went into planning this day made it even more upsetting. She also was not doing any coordinating. The order of speeches, timing of food, and bar service were all off schedule. We understand that things go wrong at weddings, however, the next thing that occurred should never have happened. The day after our wedding our officiant asked if we had gotten our marriage license from our coordinator. We had given it to her along with the detailed itinerary for the day. We decided to text and call her that morning, and she said she had the license with her. She said that it was signed, and she would be mailing it later that day for us. Our officiant said that he never signed it. We didn't know what to do in the situation, but knew that we should not be sending in a legal document with a forged signature. Our officiant reached out to her and asked her to please not mail it in. Jessica then reached out to us and said that we had to go back to the county clerk and purchase a new marriage license. We would then have to meet up with our officiant, who lives out of state, to sign it. She stopped texting us and answering our phone calls. So not only did she cause us confusion, time, and money she refused to admit any wrong-doing or apologize.

    Hello - I hired Jessica ******** in March of 2023 to be my officiant and wedding day of coordinator. On September 1st she didnt show up for my venue walkthrough, which she was notified would be happening in July. I called her on the phone after our walkthrough and claimed that she was too busy during the week to attend. Since I was about a month away from my wedding, I reached out to Jessica on September 4th to get some feedback on which vendors she have been in contact or coordinated with, what you have discussed with them, and if a timeline has been establishedetc. Myself and my mother have tried to contact Jessica via email and phone to obtain an update and/or refund since she did not fulfill her obligations as our wedding coordinator and officiant. Still to this day, we have not received any communication from her, and decided to break our contract on October 7th 2023, which is 30 days prior to our event according to her contract with Jessica ********* we should receive a refund. Therefore, we requested that she repay my fianc and I the $720 we paid her in back on March 25th, ******************************************************************************************************** addition to, not responded to multiple attempts to contact you regarding this matter.
