    I paid them $9,262.50 down payment to rebuild a deck for me. They never came back to finish the job. I have tried to call him but he doesn&#**;t answer the phone. He has 2 phone numbers and didn&#**;t answer either one when I reached out to him about finishing the job. I would like a full refund of my down payment.

    10/10/2023 contract number *******, deck repair cost was ******** was paid in full on 09/24/********* was done saw a few things later that needed to looked at rails separated no loner corner were not connected as before wood pulling away from post.They didn't use lag bolts, promise was made o come back and check on deck, this never happened, also they were to come back at a later time to stain the deck this hasn't happened when I called him he told me that he didn't have a crew anymore,i ask if he could come by and take a look at the deck, he never replied back to me and to this day will not return my calls.I just need him to come and take a look at this safety is a issue with this. I have left messages and no response has been made.They still advertise but will not return a call it's hasn't been a year yet and this is a problem that he warrantied this work for five years 5 years but will not honor anything at all.This not how business is handled I'm pretty upset that I've paid for a service and when there is a problem they won't contact me back.

    The owner's of this business used to be the owners ofa contracting business called, *****************. They changed their name to Bigfoot Builder. This crew left my home with unfinished plumbing, electrical, unfinished ceiling and walls, along with unfinished flooring. Got their money and just let my home unfinished. The owner of this company and his crew has no integrity. I had to report this company to the ************************ as well. I tried locating him but his business then had a fictitious address that lead to a cemetery in ************, **. Tried locating him but he took his business off the web and all social media sites. He would not respond to any of my calls and has since changed the name of his business to Big Foot Builders. They changed their name to Bigfoot Builders, changed their phone number and their address, all to avoid to be found. Tried calling them at new phone number, and with voicemail and still no contact or response. I'm guessing that the owner knows who I am by now.The owner tries to respond to his complaints by saying that he has resolved all issues in reference to complaints but that's just not true. This company has cost people money and needs to try and rectify the issues at hand.

    I had a **ntract with this ** (very nice owner) for work in my basement. Unfortunately financially it became not realistic. We made an arrangement to adjust the plans. Then on 12/3 I and my family were in a serious car accident. *** lost work, and my family is now facing some financial hardship. I appealed to the owner of BFB to cancel the original planned work and see if I **uld get any reimbursement. I never expected nor asked for the entire *** I paid. But just a portion. I understand owner has their overhead for supplies ordered and time etc. He assured me hed get back to me. Now he is not returning calls or emails or msgs. Its not right. If he cant refund me anything, let me know that but I only asked for a portion back. Thank you. Im a single older woman and this isnt right.
