      Had been talking to a sales person at **** about purchasing a sectional. Found one on ****** ******** Emailed link to sales to have it ordered. (10/14/2024) Throughly reviewed ****** return policy prior to ordering. Received sectional Thursday 10/31/2024. Not satisfied with the sectional. Contacted sales via **** on 11/1/2024. Sales person said the sectional was unable to be returned. This goes against the ****** 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Further reviewed sales receipt and there is no language about sale being final and unreturnable. I am requesting that the store honor the ****** return policy as the store did not provide any other return policy to me. And return the sectional for full refund.

      Purchase November 2021 We purchased couch, loveseat, 2 end tables, coffee table and extended warranty. The couch was leaning/bending and a tear in the cushion. Service Call September 2022 Said needed to order the part will come back and fix. Service man(******* very rude and somewhat aggressive posture when asking questions. ) it upset him and he slammed my door. ***** said they ordered the part October 1, 2022.Numerous phone calls with no answers when it will be fixed. Still paying on merchandise and tear/bend getting worse even though we are not using that side.My husband stopped in 2 weeks ago and was told we could have the floor model but it is bending like ours is. Said that is a common problem( we were never made aware of) Said they would call us that following Monday and let us know an ETA.Fast forward to today. I called because we still never had a follow up call. I spoke to *****( would not give last name, as he advised he didnt have too) who advised he has not heard back from the company so he does not have an ETA and that this is an ongoing problem with English furniture to back order parts and we should be grateful the couch still works. We again were never told this company constantly back orders products. We bought this furniture because we were told this is one of the only ones they could constantly have in stock because of Covid and supplies being limited. I asked for a phone number for the company and ***** said they dont call they email. I said so you are unable to give me a phone number so I can call as the consumer? He then gave me a number that I called and left a message but didnt seem like a corporate number and had to leave a message on a voicemail. We bought this furniture with the understanding that #1 it was in stock and if issues arose they would be fixed in a timely manner. We are paying for broken furniture with no expected ETA and treated as if we shouldnt be upset about this.
