    We hired Boss to do a complete transformation of our home (roof, full house siding and stone and gutters) and they did not disappoint. The workmanship is fantastic and it looks absolutely amazing! Each member of the team was incredibly professional and helpful! Shout out to ***** *******, ****** ****** and ******* *******! Each of them did a wonderful job of running their crews!

    I loved working with Boss Roofing, they got the job done in a timely manner and *** ********* answered all my questions. This was a huge investment for me and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Couldn't be happier on how I was treated as a customer and I feel that I got my ********************** project at a very reasonable price. After the project was done they did a final walk around with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I will continue to use them for all future needs.     Very disappointed! I have been trying to resolve an issue with Boss for 10 months. I was quoted a price for installation of 2 square of siding (200 sq. feet) and only half of the siding 1 square was installed. I have asked repeatedly for a new proposal for the work that was done and have never received it. Instead I was offered $500 discount. I would like the siding installed! All 200 sq. feet. The excess material was picked up and returned to Boss. I don't think the office personnel at **** understand how the proposal was written. I have asked for a breakdown of the charges and have never received that either. I paid $2000.00 upfront and **** is threatening to send my account to a collection agent. The person that estimated the job doubled the amount of material and labor that was needed, and now I am expected to pay for his mistake! I will never recommend Boss to any of my neighbors or friends!

    Boss Roofing-Siding Experts did the roof on my Daughters house and it turned out amazing! The price was good and the professionalism in dealing with the staff was excellent! I will be referring all my friends and family to Boss Roofing-Siding Experts for any roofing or siding needs!!!

    Communication needs big improvement. I received a bid on 3/16/23 after spending a lot of time explaining what I wanted done to Cal during the walkthrough. The bid was high but that wasn't the problem. The bid stated that they would install 6 windows. I needed a total of 8 windows, 7 for the house and one for the garage. I asked that the garage be sided but it was not mentioned. The bid shows 3 storm doors but I told him that I need 2 storm doors and an exterior door for the front, including a storm. I sent an email on that date citing these problems with the bid and asked for clarification. The bid email stated to respond via email so I did just that, plus I like to have things in writing. When I didn't hear back by 3/31/23 I emailed again. I still have received no response. I can't justify hiring a company that won't even respond to customer questions or concerns during the bidding process.I will be looking for another company to do the work.
