    The purpose of this letter is to formally complain about the horrible level of service that weve experienced by one of your sales staff (*****************************), at ******************************************* Home located at: *****************************************************************, during a sales meeting to discuss our beloved ******************************** burial arrangements. There is more to this complaint and we have compiled a letter that summed up the horrible level of respect and service received from this sales person.We've formally complained to his supervisor and was told that she would get back with us regarding the reprimanding of this employee, to date, we've heard nothing.In addition, we have called to send a letter but have not found an email that will give us the opportunity to send a letter and only have found a number where they simply took my name and said someone will be back with me. I have also found a panel of ***** of ********* and we may have to email them as well.We really find it unfair that we have to dedicate time to this matter and it takes away from our beloved who has passed away and we will always have this memory attached...to the process of laying him to rest.
