      Reimbursement of having to buy new drivers license plate.We took our car in on 9-20-2022 for an inside detail on a 2014 silver ***** Accord. After picking it up I noticed they did not put back our specialized weathertec **** for front and back. We went back and they had them hanging to dry. We took them and just thought they forgot. Well our car didnt have proper holes in the front for plate so we kept it in the front window.We noticed it was missing we called them three or four times to see where it was. No replies.My husband *************** stopped by to ask them if they put them somewhere and was told he (****) manager said he would check the security footage and get back back with us the next day. No reply.We still are waiting for any information they have. We need to get new plates but was hoping they had them. Well now I assume they are not doing anything about it. This is ridiculous so now we have to file with police to report as stolen before we can buy new ones. I know they are not BBB but was hoping you could help us.Thanks ******************* ************************************************************ ************
