5 stars***** and her team are wonderful! Very polite and respectful, easy to work with, thorough, above average cleaning. With a chaotic schedule with little kids, ***** and her team is always adapting to what our schedule needs. Every cleaning is a deep cleaning and theres rarely anything to touch up, if there was, the team addresses this. They leave my appliances and bathrooms looking brand new, they pay great attention to detail. Always on time.Review fromZbigniew L

5 starsI had to get my house cleaned to be put up for sale. Extensive cleaning had to be done after 20 years of living there. Took a crew of 3 ladies most of the day to get it done and I had never seen the house so clean, not even when we first moved in.Thanks to ***** and her crew they really came thru for me.Review fromRaeAnn S

I hired this company to deep clean an empty house post construction. ***** estimated 5 hours with two people for $35 per person. She did a walk through with me and I highlighted focus areas (windows). The night before I even texted her reminding her of the windows as a priority. She stated she sent over the message to the cleaning team. The next day, the cleaning team arrived at 11:15am. I got a call while at work at 1pm stating the house is too much for the two people and a request to add another team to go help because the first two don't want to "work during night time". I told her I was not going to approve of this request if it would cost me more than $560 (budget set for 8 hours with two people). She sent 1 additional person to help clean.When they "finished" I did a walk through and to my surprise they didn't even touch the windows. I showed the employees layer of dirt on my finger. I called ***** and asked them to clean it. They took a wet towel and went over it once. Made it look a lot worse.***** then tells me the final price over the phone, which I questioned since it was not adding up. Charging more than the hours they actually cleaned. She stated she had another appointment and unable to stay on the phone.I had to send multiple texts and make multiple phone calls to her to get a refund on extra money she charged me. I had to walk through with her how to do math.Very disappointment in the service provided. I do not recommend due to being scammed. **Warning to all future clients, they people will not work when it gets to be "night time"**

I want to apologize for the miscommunication. When I informed the client, that I was sending another team member, I was not adding hours, simply trying to get the job done before dark, as we realized it was a little more difficult than we thought. When I got pictures of the window seal tracks on 2/28/24 at 7:17 PM. I agreed they were not done properly and told the client we would come back and make it right. She told us not to come back. The next morning I realized I owed the client a credit of $35, and refunded it that afternoon.We have been in business for over 25 years and we are 100% ethical. Many clients continue to use us for years and are satisfied with our service.Review fromJim P

Great Touch Cleaning was recommended to clean our unit for a final inspection prior to closing on our sale. Two young ladies arrived right on time and, in a matter of about four hours, made our unit look like new: I cannot fully describe what a magnificent job they performed. They went right to work as soon as they arrived and did not slow down until they finished.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Great Touch Cleaning to anyone looking for a superior service at a very reasonable cost. ********Great Touch Cleaning, Inc.

Our ceiling collapsed, leaving our house coated in fiberglass and drywall dust. ***** and her crew mobilized quickly to cleanup post contractor work. She made sure our house was clean and safe to move back into. Highly recommend, professional and very thorough.Great Touch Cleaning, Inc.
