    I am rejecting this response because:
    These are blatant lies. Never once did I admit fault in this situation. Saying that I confirmed fault over the phone and also refused to give up my information when it was in fact YOUR driver who refused to give information for insurance purposes until I called the police after having the people at ABC elite say the police couldnt come out there to help with the situation since it was private property is a blatant lie. If a situation like this was something that you wished to avoid, the lack of professionalism when we talked on the phone is to blame. The way I was spoken to was outright disrespectful especially in the situation where my car was more damaged. If your man WASNT speeding around the corner, the damage to both vehicles would have not been as bad and I DEFINITELY wouldve seen your man driving behind me and not continued to pull out of my spot. Im disappointed in how this is being handled. Had there been a single ounce of professionalism used for this situation this wouldnt have been a problem and wouldnt have come to this. The *** and our landlord is also being informed of the misconduct and disrespect I experienced when this happened.

    To begin with, I must admit that I am very surprised with that defamation. The accident happened on 10/27 that is correct, police was called on the scene since Miss **** hit our company truck, admitted to our crew ******* that its *************** fault and apologized. 3 workers including ******* were on site when incident happened. Miss **** did not want to provide her information for the claim purpose so I called Miss **** directly to asked for the insurance contact information and her side of the story, she admitted her fault saying she was backing up and our company car must have been in her blind spot so she hit him. Then she changed her story saying that it is the operator's fault since he was speeding. I said I'm not going to argue with her but if Miss **** thinks that I'm looking to receive something in exchange she is absolutely wrong. I also made miss **** aware that according to photos, our truck has much less damage than Miss ****' vehicle after she accidentally hit our truck. If you would ************ ****** maps and look at the apartment complex and the way it was designed there is no room for speeding, or potentially risking our company name at work. We are working for the community associations on this complex since ************************************************************************* such community. I'm currently waiting on the letter of recommendation from the ****************** about our background and history update check, and all other properties that we work for to proof our credibility.


    Minutes later I ended up phone call conversation with Miss ****, I received call to my cell phone from her father threatening, that it is ABC Elite's fault and that we are going to pay for all this. Miss ****' Father was gently explained by me, that we do not agree to liability since Miss ************ our car when backing up and that other workers saw the event and that I'm not going to argue with him since he was not even there when this happened.


    Police upon arrival had to calm Miss **** down and asked for drivers information exchange which was completed. I do not expect anything neither requested anything from Miss **** or her Father during phone call conversation. Her statements are false getting more and more new information added which makes me very frustrated and disappointed how a second person may lie like that. I have already consulted the case with my Business Attorney and if Miss **** continues my company defamation I would have no choice but to proceed with the legal action.

We stay strong behind our statement of what happened & we did provided a bullet points for this matter. We will wait for the complaint results and take the next steps accordingly further if needed.
