    I believe his C rating is deserved. He was referred to us from the real estate agent we bought our house with. He is part of his network of professionals. We hired him for a total house rehab. about $150,000.His work is good. When on the job he was responsive and stayed on schedule. We made the mistake of paying him in full for work completed, but done poorly. At time of payment, we made an agreed-on punch list with him of work that was done poorly with the promise that he would return in 2 weeks to finish up. We trusted he would come back based on our experience with him. During the 2 weeks we discovered other issues that were not done correctly. Improper venting, plumbing issues. Poor carpentry. He called the work warranty work. I personally completed some of the work on our list. The next 4 months, he had multiple excuses of why he would put us on his schedule, and then not show up. From injuries to just being too busy with other projects. After 4 months of excuses for not returning, he finally stopped by for 1/2 a day and completed a few items on the list with the excuse that he would return with the supplies he needed to finish the list. We waited another 3 months. Never came back. I have to hire another contractor to complete the work he will not complete. We have had 2 holes in our ceiling for 8 months now. Some of the work is because of poor carpentry, knowingly cutting corners, and some of the work is to repair damage he did to the house that we discovered, and that he said he would return to repair. One of the jobs was an entire kitchen remodel. He ordered 2 cabinet doors to replace 2 that had issues per his inspection. Even though we received multiple text that he had the doors at his shop, they were never delivered. We do not have the doors, and We do not know what company he used to order the replacement doors. Overall, we thought we had a contractor that we could finally count on, and in the end, he proved that not to be the case.

    I have been working with the customer to resolve this issue. The issue at hand has nothing to do with the work we completed under contract and did not deserve this review. I have an appointment with the customer on Monday the third Yes the work is being completed currently and will be finished by the 7th again this had nothing to do with the quality of work we provide.
