      I would advise anyone that is looking for a serious business loan or loan in general this is not the company to affiliate yourself with this company was referred to me by a coworker I work for the federal government I applied once in 2021 and again just recently I have worked at my job for over 15 years I was told by whoever reviews the applications that I filed 14 bankruptcies it is not logically possible to file 14 bankruptcies in the state of ******** I informed them that I did file a bankruptcy in 98 in a bankruptcy in 2012 that was associated with the probate case of my parents' estate they told me you're only allowed first she said that you can only have six bankruptcies then when I told I had her further talking then she said oh well we only allow one bankruptcy and I said well I thought you said that you allow six but then I reminded her the coworker that referred me to their company that I work with has three bankruptcy and how long was approved so I say this to say don't waste your time with this company if you want a serious loan I've informed my coworker that I did not appreciate her referring them to me and I've also told my coworkers that I work with in case she did tell them do not affiliate they self with it cuz it's a waste of time

      On 06/05/24, applicant came to our office to apply for a new loan. Our company evaluates every applicant against our underwriting requirements to ensure they will be able to repay the loan. Unfortunately, we were unable to approve the loan for multiple reasons. (1) Exceeding the number of bankruptcy filings and/or attempts that our policy allows (2) Exceeding allowable leave without pay for the pay period and year to date. Applicant has had a total of 15 bankruptcy filing attempts, of which 13 were dismissed. Earnings on paystub reflected applicant had 37 hours of leave without pay for the pay period and 351 hours of leave without pay year to date. Due to excessive bankruptcy filing attempts and lack of earnings, applicant did not pass our underwriting requirements. We always try to work with applicants during times of financial need, unfortunately, we are not able to extend credit to applicant due to not meeting our requirements. We are hopeful applicant will be able to obtain credit elsewhere.

      I was there this pass Saturday May 27th got approved for the loan but had to leave do do a family emergency the young lady call me and told me that I could come in on Tuesday due to the holiday on Monday couldn’t make it Tuesday but called and the manager had my information so on Wednesday I went in and waited an hour just to be told my application got denied just we Saturday it was approved this place is a fraud and they are liars stay clear from these liars I met all the requirements
