      I purchased a washer and dry and the washer and dryer did not work, they sent another set and then that set did not work. They needed a part, but they did not want to replace the part because it would cost $250.00. *** continued to lie stating that they would come out, but they never arrived. I recorded the conversation that I had with the technician that was called for the repairs. I called *** and asked him why he would lie about having the part when in fact he did not have the part. *** then states that I purchased this, and it is my problem now. I paid $750.00 for both the washer and dryer. I would like my money back.

      I purchased a dryer from them. when they delivered the dryer my husband saw that the top part of the dryer come off. So, they hooked the dryer up and they turned on and it worked, but when I used it for the first time I was able to dry one load of clothes. When I tried again it would not work. I called the business the next day my husband spoke to a lady and she stated that she would send someone out next week to look at the dryer. My husband requested a refund and to return our old dryer. The lady stated that there is no refund and that she would send someone out to look at the dryer. My husband informed the lady of what he had seen when the dryer was delivered about the top of the dryer coming off. The also stated that she would not be able to give our old dryer back and that there are a lot of people that are having refrigerator issue and their issue are high priority. The lady names is *****. She stated that she would send someone out yesterday but no one showed up. We called and asked was anyone coming to repair the dryer and ***** stated no. I would a refund in the amount $250.00.
