      I recently bought a house in ******** (around 9-12 months ago). I received a letter in the mail from Pointe Pest Control stating that I could re-subscribe to their termite services if I paid a $430 charge and that service would continue starting April 2025. However, I didn't want that service and I never accepted their offer nor responded.They have never come to my house to replace their termite traps or spray for **************, though, I received a letter from A.R.M debt collection agency saying I owe Pointe Pest Control $430 of for a service I don't want and never received.

      Apologies for the collection notice, if you had let us know you did not want to continue service we would have removed the Sentricon System and cancelled service, the amount of the renewal has been credited and the service has been cancelled.

      When I hired the business to spray for ********* ants, I expected them to spray in the ground but instead they sprayed above the ground, which did not help. I notice there was a $95 charge on my account so I called the business to see why was I charged this amount, and I was told that they had come out to spray again. I then told the *** that I thought I was done with them, and also informed them not to return, because their service did not help with the issue.

      Mr. **** had our reoccurring quarterly residential service for his home starting August 2023, we performed his regular quarterly service on 2/24/2025.We notified the customer provided contact phone number and email on 2/12/2025 and on again on 2/18/2025.  Mr. **** stated he did not receive the notifications due to changing his phone number.  We offered to come back out for treatment of the ********* ants but he cancelled service instead.  I went ahead and refunded Mr. ****** $95.00 to the credit card we charged 2/25/25 for his completed service today- 5/19/2025 emailed and mailed him the receipt.

      Pest Shield was going to charge more to cancel than to continue services. I continued and asked for them to NOT do the exterior. I missed the email responding saying they would do what the contract started and continue doing exteriors and everything.

      Their email says 6-10 inches out but as you can see in the picture my planters were MUCH farther out and there was NO REASON TO IGNORE MY REQUEST TO NOT DO the exterior!! How does that even hurt their business? Don't spray my exterior with chemicals!

      I want my organics replaces and I want Pest Shield to end the serving of our address.

      There were even granules put IN OUR BABY'S water table!! She ate the herbs like she usually does and only then did I see they hit them with chemicals!! Feels very targeted given the location of over 7 feet away when there was NO reason!
