      Pest Shield was going to charge more to cancel than to continue services. I continued and asked for them to NOT do the exterior. I missed the email responding saying they would do what the contract started and continue doing exteriors and everything. Their email says 6-10 inches out but as you can see in the picture my planters were MUCH farther out and there was NO REASON TO IGNORE MY REQUEST TO NOT DO the exterior!! How does that even hurt their business? Don't spray my exterior with chemicals! I want my organics replaces and I want Pest Shield to end the serving of our address. There were even granules put IN OUR BABY'S water table!! She ate the herbs like she usually does and only then did I see they hit them with chemicals!! Feels very targeted given the location of over 7 feet away when there was NO reason!

      I have cancelled the services effective immediately and your September invoice has been voided and no additional charges for cancellation will be invoked.
