      ** ******** is absolutely worthless. I called and the only thing he did was show up, spend 15 minutes admitting he had no idea what was wrong, and tried to charge between $170 and $190 for an emergency service call at 2 pm on a Friday. He objected when I objected that he did nothing except ring the door bell. I gave him $80 to leave. He truly is a waste of time. Do not hire this guy!

      Homeowner called for an emergency service call. It was minus 35 degrees windchill outside. Homeowner had frozen upstairs shower. Only way to fix that at the time was to cut the dry wall. Homeowner did not want to do that. I've been in business for 40 years and very seldom do I encounter a person like this. ********************** was the most ignorant person I've ever encountered in service work. ***************** calls are $180.
