    Iccu fraudulently repossed my vehicle in June of 2022. **** at ICCU refused to tell me where my payments had went to. I have numerous email communications with her where she blatantly refuses to explain where my money had went and how my account was behind. She changed the past due amount from what she originally told me would bring it current, I have emails for that also. No notification or communication that they would be repossessing, they refused to take my payment (I had cash in hand to pay) to prevent repossession. The tow company they used was verbally and physically aggressive, they charged the same fees as the credit union charged, they took my vehicle an hour north and my belongings almost 3 hours south. They threatened to charge more money if I didnt give them my keys, they refused to let me get any of my belongings out of the car, I had to call the police because the tow truck driver pushed me and tried to temove my keys from my hands. I am an essential worker, I am a traveling Medical Assistant for Transitions Hospice all of my work supplies were in my car, that was expressed to both **** and the tow company. They blantanly lied to me and told me my vehicle would be taken to the credit union and it was not. They refused to give me my belongings within a reasonable time frame and after setting an appointment to get my belongings and traveling almost 300 miles they were not at the facility and refused to give me my belongings or my companies belongings. I do have a few videos I would be more than happy to submit for this encounter. When I contacted the credit union they refused to assist. My loan was paid off within hours of them taking my car before it had even been taken to Rockford however they refused to release my vehicle. **** was to send me my car title and I still have not received it. I have emailed, called, went into the bank on several occasions to retrieve my title and have been unsuccessful. This is completely unacceptable, I should of had my title within 30 days, even 60 however it's coming up on a year and I still do not have my title, I do not have an itemized statement that reflects the charges and fees they applied. The credit union refuses to do their job legally and correctly, they violated my rights and continue to do so.
