    Patio resurfacing was performed on July 20, 2023. On July 8, 2024, I texted **** regarding hairline cracking that started developing across the patio. Pictures of the crack were sent and a *** secretary texted me back stating:" The hairline cracking is due to substrate movement underneath and this is out of control and not covered under warranty". Questionable explanation from just looking at a couple of pictures of a covering job barely a year old that was installed on top of a concrete patio as old as our house (1960) and never showed a single crack. Nevertheless, i agreed to pay the $150 to perform the repair. As of today, the repair has not been performed, no one reached to me for an update and each time I attempts to reach out then it feels as if they are just trying to stall the process.

    Per your statement, we reviewed the photos sent and we've been in communication with you that we will take care of the substrate hairline cracking when we have a crew in the area. Despite the claim that the patio never showed a single crack, we have photo documentation that shows the repair work we did prior to applying the coating.  We do not avoid or stall repair work.  In fact, we pride ourselves on fixing issues promptly when the onus is ours.

    We understand you want to get the substrate hairline cracking touched up, and when we have a crew in the area and the weather permits, we will reach out to have them come touch up the substrate cracks.
