    Owner sent a tech. out within 30 minutes, to fix my AC. Tech. replaced a capacitor and cleaned the coil. Got it running, then left. 45 minutes later, at 5:45pm, the air was again no longer cold, so I called Yard's answering service. Ten minutes later one of the owners called me. 20 minutes after that, the owner who called me showed up and did a temporary fix, until he can get a part, so we would be ********+ customer service! This company always provides prompt and top-notch customer service!

    Great dependable,reliable, technically proficient, and reasonably priced HVAC services. We've used Yard Heating and Cooling for years. George Yard, *******************, and their team of technicians are absolutely great for service and ordering parts and an exemplary family business. Highly recommend Yard Heating and Cooling. We've had the same technician, JC, for years and he does outstanding work.

    I've used Yard Heating and Cooling for years, had a new Furnace and A/C unit installed 8-10 years ago, very little problems, but when needed their service is the best, recently needed to have my Whole House Humidifier serviced, made a call and within hour ***************************** was at my door, he has made a few service calls over the years, also he was one of the original installers of the ***** Diagnosed the problem, ordered the Solenoid, and installed the new one. ****** is Professionally and Knowledgeable about the **** industry.
