    We used THI for our basement remodel. We researched a number of contractors which were all recommended and rated by the BBB. All came in with comparable price quotes. We also saw THI trucks with advertising. Upon meeting with THI team at their showroom we felt they were the best choice. We weren't disappointed. From selecting items to schedule (which they kept to) to constant contact by the project manager as well as communication with the office they exceeded our expectations. We had been through constrtuction before and were prepared. They finished on time and on budget. We surprised them with a couple requests along the way and they accomodated. We were very pleased from the beginning to the very end, so much so that we invited them back for a christening and a photo shoot.
