    I purchased one of their faucets from ******** After install the faucet was leaking internally. I contacted them directly instead of returning it to the store as that was what the instructions said to do. They sent me a new cartridge thinking that would solve the leak. It did not. I've put in over 4 hours on this project and still have a leaky faucet. Their solution is to send me yet another faucet of the same model. That is not good enough. I looked online and it appears that other ******* buyers are the same faucet have the same problem. I want to be compensated for my time and energy into this project.

    Since April 9, 2024, I have made eight attempts to contact them via phone and email, leaving messages to contact me regarding my ********* faucet that was malfunctioning, and what I had to do have the Lifetime Warranty satisfied.They did not respond to any of my phone calls. I did receive an automated e-mail that they received my e-mail stating:"This email is to confirm to you that we have received your service request and that we will be reviewing the request very soon. Thank you for counting on House Simple Products for all of your home design needs.House ***************************** ** ************** www.housesimpleproducts.com"Consequently, I purchased my defective faucet with an identical replacement, purchased at Amazon for $45.60.Because I feel that they will never respond, I would appreciate your intervening.

        As a company we are committed to our customer's satisfaction and stand by our product. 

    It seems that the original emails and calls were not done or sent to our company, therefore we were never able to contact Mr. *********************** directly or respond to his concerns. 

    Please be advised that, since receiving the email from BBB we have reached out to ******************** a few times but have not yet received a response from him as to how we can remedy his situation.
