    On August 12, 2023, Reasonable Heating Cooling &insulation cut out all load-bearing walls at ************************************************************ one. Removing the load bearing walls in the unit caused structural damage to the upper unit. Contacted the contractor several times to have this problem corrected and was told that there was no contract in place he did the work for me for free and hes not responsible for it. We had a verbal agreement a permit was pulled with ******** Code enforcement for a remodel . The contractor did work that wasnt on the permit. ******** code enforcement refuse to make the contractor make the repairs because the contractor told them he didnt do anything to the property. I was told its my problem because they said that scope of work was not on the permit and that the contractor did not follow what was on permit. they werent responsible for the contractor doing work that he should have gotten a permit for. the contractor withdrew his name from the permit and walked away from the job . The company has not tried to make it right basically is saying I needed to pay them to fix the damage that they have caused.
