    Gallagher Asphalt Corp Claim# GLCS0265670-001., On July 31, 2023 I notified The ******** ********** of ************** (File# ******) that on July 19, 2023 while I was driving on I-57 Northbound in the ongoing road construction work zones between mile markers 350 and 352 which is between the 147th and 127th street Exits, Un-swept and Un-avoidable bolts/debris from road construction work was left on the roadway resulting in a puncture to my vehicle's front left driver's side tire from one of the bolts. The complaint I submitted to The ******** ********** of ************** is for a recovery of damages reimbursement of $412.00 I had to pay to replace my tire that was damaged while driving through their road construction work zone. I included with my claim for recovery of damages to my left front driver's side tire, the receipt of what it cost me to replace my left front driver's side tire and photos of my left front driver's side tire with the construction bolt still in it at my dealership's service department on July 20, 2023.The ******** ********** of ************** forwarded my claim request for recovery of damages reimbursement to Insured: Gallagher Asphalt Corp who forwarded my claim to ***********************,LLC a third -party administrator currently handling claims for ***************** Construction, LLC. ********************************* at *********************** sent me a letter dated September 12, 2023 stating "This loss is considered a Road Hazard and our investigation shows no negligence on behalf of our insured, as a result we must respectfully deny your claim for recovery of damages to your vehicle". *********************** ********************************* Liability Claims Specialist II ******************* Fax# ************** ************************************* I am still **************** of damages reimbursement of $412.00 that I had to pay to replace my front left driver's side tire that was damaged due to Un-swept bolts and debris left in their ongoing road construction work zone.
