    My husband and I moved to our new build end of April 2024, as preventative measures I got pest control as all the construction pushes mice to find a place to go. I told this to the *** I signed up with, that this was THE REASON I wanted pest control, they came to setup and didn't put any mouse traps/baits. So I call them to come back out and they put traps. Then they don't show up or reschedule us more than 3 times because they can't service us. I tried to cancel 2 times, the first I gave them a second chance, this time I called and they don't have a supervisor available for me to cancel with, so they have to call back. 2 days later they try to tell me they're going to charge me early termination, even though THEY keep rescheduling. I finally got it canceled and the fee waived. But there are plenty of other companies to go with, I do not recommend Saela, as you have to jump through ***** to get serviced correctly, or cancel and only want to take your money.
