    I am trying to get my medical records from Beyer NATURAL health Solutions. No one is answering or knows what i should do. I was a patient of dr ****** Beyer snd he died. I need my medical records. How do I do this?

    Aug 2022: Sign 6 month contract w/ Beyer Natural health Solutions (Dr. ** Beyer) to participate in program for help to autoimmune thyroid patients. Financed through Care Credit.$6700 total cost based on the below:$1800 **** $900 consultation $4000 program Aug 2022: Had **** completed Sep 2022: Dr. ** Beyer died before $900 consultation and $4000 program could take place Oct 2022: Dr. *************************** brother, *************************************** (has his own similar practice Beyer Functional wellness) reached out offering to help consult with his office for $500 of original cost for 2 months while I look for a new doctor. I am told by ****************** Beyer to work refund from Dr. ****** ********************** office through Ed ********************** office administrator *****.Nov - Dec 2022: *************************************** consults for 2 months and I begin reaching out to Dr. *************************** office (aka *****) to receive refund owed.Jan 2023: ***** from Dr. ** ********************** office refuses to give refund because I am a patient of ****************** ********************** office.Jan 2023 --> My response to *****: "As previously mentioned, Dr. ******************************* was never set to take over my case in full. Out of his kindness, he agreed to consult for two months at $500 of the original $6700 Dr. ** Beyer charged for a full program. I was told this multiple times by Dr. ******************************* and his office. And I was given direction to work with you regarding my refund for the prorated charge ($4400 REFUND = $6700 - $1800 lab fees - $500 ***** Beyer office). I should be refunded for the $4000 cost of program and the $900 consultation I never received from Dr. ** Beyer post **** (minus the $500 to Dr. ******************************** office). This is necessary to pay Care Credit so I can fund actual treatment...There was NEVER an agreement in place for Dr. ***** Beyer to take my case as a standard, full time patient. In fact, I was told that he couldnt take on all of his brothers clients ...and I have NO contract with him or his office. "No response in weeks despite following up.
