    Chamberlain University is HORRIBLE. They constantly change policies and procedures last minute and only tell students the day of it is happening. They have personally lied to me regarding my refund stating that my banking information was wrong but I received my refund previously via direct deposit. I now have to submit an advance credit refund form just to receive any refund for schooling in a reasonable time frame. I have been late numerous times on bills due to the incompetency of the university. If I were not so far along in the process I would have transferred to another university. I am disgusted and my credit has taken a MAJOR hit because of them.

    Chamberlain ELC department is unprofessional and incompetent. This department has to approve clinical sites for practicum courses. The level of stress this adds to an already stressful course is unacceptable. Many students are required to sit out sessions and have graduation delayed due to the incompetence of this department. Chamberlain is aware of the on-going problems, yet no real solutions have been put in place to address the problems. Academic advisors now screen all calls to this department. I'm assuming that was done to help them out, however, this just adds more complication to an already complicated situation. The academic advisors have no answers and the only response they give is "we will have to send that to ELC for an answer". A phone call to them requires at least 1-3 hours as you will be on hold for most of that. I have sent at least 10 emails, with little to no responses, and zero resolutions or instructions to resolve the problem. This is an on-going problem for most Chamberlain students and something needs to be done. A one star rating is actually too high, but zero wasn't an option.
