On April 28, 2022, I purchased the Premium VIP Lounge Package (Sec 103, Row A, Seat 21) to *********************: One Of Them Ones Tour for $790.52. After cardholder *********************************** received a premature cancellation alert from her bank, we proceeded to make an identical ticket purchase for Sec 103, Row A, Seat 22. So not including the $118.58 insurance coverage with Allianz Global Assistance, Live Nation received $1,581.04 for (2) front row concert tickets. Per website details for this ticket type, the Premium VIP Lounge "includes one premium reserved ticket in the first five rows." This is different than any ticket purchased for a GA event, which may quote a section, row and seat number for inventory purposes only and dont reflect any actual seating location. On August 4, 2022, in spite of this clear distinction, venue staff blatantly refused to enforce the event's assigned seatingwhich included easily identifiable lanyards for all premium seating ticket holders and varied based upon the ticket type purchased. As a result of assigned seating practices and policies being completely ignored, unauthorized attendees were permitted unlimited access to rows they did not purchase access to. Despite numerous requests for help and escalation from several Premium VIP Lounge Package holders, rows of countless trespassers invaded our space, violently obstructing the unobstructed front row view we were guaranteed upon purchase. Even after being accosted, threatened, and physically assaulted, venue ushers, security personnel, and event management staff ignored my complaints and pleas for accommodations. Fans became so excessive, the area became well overcapacity and my ability to see was completely eliminated. This series of events, coupled with severe overcrowding of unruly attendees, caused me to suffer a violent anxiety attack that forced me to leave the stage area before the conclusion of the event. Previous attempts to resolve this issue with Live Nation remain unsuccessful.Initial Complaint

Ive been to 200+ concerts and have never had the experience I did on 5/27/23 for the ************************* concert. I listened to the multiple emails that said there would be traffic and that we should leave with plenty of time. I absolutely did, especially only living about three miles from the venue. It took two hours just to get from 183rd to ************. All in all, we were parked far from the venue in my opinion and werent able to get in until 9:45. We saw 40 minutes total of a show by the time ************************* got off stage. We paid $115 for two tickets for the lawn, and the lawn was so over stuffed with people, we had to stand four rows deep of people in the walkway. We were only able to see the screens and only sometimes. I did not pay to only see screens, I did not pay to not be able to see the stage, I did not pay to stand in the walkway, and I did not pay to be stuck in awful traffic for three hours. I asked for a refund because I did not truly get to see the show I paid for. I was offered concert cash in its place of which I was not interested. A call was set up with me only for them the double down that there would be no refund and there would only be concert cash. I was also frustrated with the fact that I know for a fact we didnt scan in until 9:45 PM and they tried to tell me we scanned in at 8:55 PM. For what the concert cash would be used towards, its useless to me. Thats why Im interested in a refund and hope to see this wrong righted. Yes there was an attempt at a resolve, but that resolve feels like a bandaid for what we had to go through. Attached are a picture of the outside of the venue with a 9:45 PM time stamp and a call log with my mother for 6 minutes starting at 9:29 PM. Why would I be on the phone for 6 minutes if I was actually in the venue at that time. Thank you for your time and thank you for your help.Initial Complaint

Purchased tickets on 12/23/2022 and have attended previous events with no issues with entry. Upon our 6:45pm arrival to the area (GPS said 2 miles away from the venue) we saw a line of vehicles which is traditional in these concert cases. Ultimately, this line never moved. There are not enough characters to allow for me to fully describe the experience of being trapped on a two lane road with almost four lanes of congested traffic, just locking everyone in their current positions. Absolutely no one was out there directing traffic at intersection and the entrance until after 9:45pm. I contacted Ticketmaster during the issue to tell them there is a current problem, we were stuck, and on the brink of missing the entire show. No response from Ticketmaster until the next day. A little before 10pm the Cook County Sheriff came out to direct traffic and informed many vehicles that the venue failed to plan for this event. Finally reaching the area of official parking lots and entrances we were turned away three times due to no more parking, however I should have had a reserved premium spot with my purchase of this add on. Another officer stated that they had more than ****** people expected, how is that possible if max ******** of the venue is ******. Long story short, we missed the entire show and turned away numerous times no matter how much we tried, not to mention the almost four hours wasted by being stuck in vehicle with no way to turn around, honestly causing now PSD for the drivers of that evening. I called Credit Union 1 Amphitheater last week and they still have not returned my call. Mind you the owners just purchased the venue a little over a month ago. They did not prepare for this event and I need to be refunded for this event that ultimately feels like a scam. Only scammers would sell someone else the same parking spot they sold me and charge me the outrageous amount I paid for my seats, just to never allow me a chance to get into the venue.Initial Complaint

My husband and I bought tickets for the ************************* concert that was held on May 27 at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater in ***********, ********. My husband, *****************************, purchased 2 tickets. The concert (with the opener of ********) was set to start at 7:45 CST. We arrived approx. 1.5 miles away from the place to park our vehicle at approximately 7:25 CST. There was a very long line to get into the parking lot to park our vehicle. We ended up sitting in line for over 2 hours and still were not at the parking lot entrance by 9:30 CST. We missed the entire opener and also at that point missed the first 30 min of the set for *************************. We were still .5 miles away from the entrance at 9:30 and knew at that point there was no way we were going to make it in to see any of the set for ************************* given it took us 2 hours to go approximately 1 mile. We made the decision to turn around at 9:40pm CT. There was never any communication sent out to us letting us know that the lines to get in would take over 2 hours and we should get there at 5pm if we wanted to be there for the start of the concert. We were also talking to others who were in line in their cars (as thousands of other people missed the concert entirely) and they had mentioned that this has happened before with this venue. I have contacted Live Nation and they are saying they cannot refund my money because of a parking issue. This is more than a parking issue. I believe the venue misled people who bought tickets knowing very well that people were going to arrive and not make it into the concert. We bought tickets, showed up in plenty of time to arrive and park and were not given the services we were promised with our purchase by this company due to the fact that the venue was poorly managed and did not communicate to the patrons about what to expect that day.
