      I have been unable to attend Womens workout world for over a year and my contract has expired, due to mobility issues I have asked to cancel my membership, and I have been told I must go in person to cancel. I have offered a call, a letter and an email to cancel and the gym refused to cancel unless I am there in person. Six months ago, I was able to come in (again I have medical restrictions) I was told unless I call and schedule a cancellation, they cannot see me due to no supervisor being there. I just want the membership cancelled I do believe the gym does this to continue to collect money even if we cannot go to the gym. I am asking for at least a 6-month refund.
