      I was supposed to receive a delivery of medical supplies from Fitzsimmons Home Medical Equipment in July 2024, but I never received the package. I contacted them multiple times within the 30day window, but they claim theres no record. Each time I called, they insisted the package was marked delivered, even though I never got it. After getting no help, I informed my sleep doctor in late 2024, who placed a new order in December so I could finally receive the equipment I needed. That shipment was clearly meant to replace the missing July order. Later, I saw I was being billed for the December supplies and also for the July order I never received. When I called again, they told me the only option was to take it up with ****, since their system showed the July package as delivered. They gave me a tracking number and told me to contact **** and send them documentation. I followed their instructions, opened a case and sent them a letter from **** confirming the package wasnt delivered. They ignored it. In March, my daughter called on my behalf. They again said I didnt contact them within 30 days of the July shipment, so they wouldnt issue a credit or replacement. I did call in time, but they deny it. Im now being billed for December like I received both, when I only received one. My daughter spoke with **** and *******, who both said nothing could be done. When she asked for a manager, they claimed they were the managers and denied anyone was above them. **** said someone would call her back, then hung up. On April 8, 2025, my daughter called again and spoke with *******, who repeated the same thing. When asked if **** or Fitzsimmons would replace the shipment, ******* said she couldnt do anything and hung up again. This feels dismissive, I followed their instructions and provided proof. I only received one shipment, yet they continue to bill me for two. I request a refund or credit for the undelivered July shipment or to have December credited instead.

      To whom it may concern,I am sending this message on behalf of my mother who is in need of her trach suppliesthat she has not receivedfor the month of ***. It is very unfortunateto speak with ****** and ****** who have done nothing to resolvethisissue. Unfortunately, the month of *** is almostover in still haven'treceived nothing I have been callingwith hope that things with changedin nothing has changed, ****** is one rude supervisor had the audacityto tell me "if she don't have it then she dont have it" how in the world she gone tell me that? She is one very unprofessionalperson. I called in this order on *** 2, 2023 in still nothing. I am very upset and frustratedwith this company. Every month I go through so many issues with this companyabout my mother's medical supplies. Please resolve this matterASAP.
