    I called to make a purchase from Central parts warehouse on 10/28/22 for a Snowdogg salt spreader I verified they had the unit in stock and the price that was listed on the internet I informed the customer service person that I had surcured fianc thru Sheffield financial and gave them the loan approval number and was told they would email me a contract that I just needed to sign it and send a copy of my drivers license and resend it to them and I did and waited appoxmitly 30 min and called back to verify it was received and ask for the represenitve I talked to before and was told she was on another call when I tried to explain my name the rep was unbelievably rude and told me to stop calling that they would call me when they got a response from the lender I tried to explain that everything was signed and when could I come and pick up the unit and got verbally reprimand so I said ok and hung up the represenitve called me back and cursed me out because I hung up and was very aggressive so I told her to keep her salt spreader I was going somewhere else and called the Lender and cancel the loan
