    ************. They told me I had to sign a release of liability to take my front door off the hinges to get my couch out of my first home. At the new home, I noticed they broke my TV.. I reported it to them, and they just wrote "& TV" on the release of liability, claimed I released liability on the door and TV. Now they wont pay anything. SCAM FRAUD!

    Never ever again and dont bother escalating they are a franchise, and do not care about your experience whatsoever !! I have used your company before and saw a difference in time spent moving vs walking around on phones etc. My family and I ended up having to move stuff and keep the movers actually moving. I did not feel comfortable giving the constructive feedback during the move because this is my stuff and to avoid confrontation. I smelt weed at arrival completing paperwork I tried to keep my 9 yr old niece from hanging in the room so she was not exposed. I also did not feel comfortable giving constructive feedback directly when signing the completion which was not done walking through the house it was done in the yard. I did not expect to have to jump in and do the moving or set the pace. I think the job should have taken tops 3 hrs for 3 people. They arrived at wrong address which added 20 min in delay I did a 10 min walk thru but then 20 min of paperwork so the other two were basically standing around and didn't get started moving until 10:06 am. Had I not complained you would have charged me for the time. A desk took two people 45 minutes to take apart that took me 9 min to put together one of the movers just stood there, watching the entire time. When I unloaded the truck I discovered that that same desk I said multiple times should be packed last ended up being packed first so it ended up out of state a 75 inch TV ******* QLed tv that I purchased a box at U-Haul that day $50 for and mentioned 3 times to put in truck was missed. Had I not been forced to do the walk-through outside I may have seen it. I stated that I would not be able to get back in the house once the move was finished at the beginning so I was out of Tv two minutes in a truck did nothing to compensate me for my time. In fact, they charge me more for the experience.

    I would have left 0 stars if I was able to. They broke our tv and also my tools were not delivered to my new house. Dont hire 2 men and a truck. Horrible experience from start to finish.
