    I have leased the last two jeeps with Bettenhausen. Recently my ac stopped working on my 2023 jeep grand **************** I brought it to Bettenhausen they told me that because I was ***** miles outside the ****** basic warranty, I would be financially responsible for the repairs. The compressor and condenser needed to be replaced on the vehicle, and I was forced to pay over 1200 dollars to have it fixed. Both Bettenhausen and Jeep did nothing to show their loyalty to me as a good standing customer. I reached out to the ** and VP of service operations with no response. There was complete disregard to any of my concerns and the fact that Jeep and Bettenhausen wouldn't replace these parts out of goodwill on a 2-year-old leased vehicle is infuriating to say the least. Think twice before going here and definitely do not lease or buy a ****.

    ****************** did not keep me updated. I was having issues with the lane assist. New Jeep Compass Latitude. I called to check on the car time and time again. Goes right to voicemail. The last message I left I stated that I was coming right over to get it. I walked in. Three guys were sitting around, not on any phones, just shooting the -! I informed them of all the issues. No apology nothing. The invoice gives you an email for voice your concerns. NOPE!!! Email does not exist!!!I'll never use this service department again, NEVER!!!

    From the get go a disaster. I had a salesman by the name of *********. I told him I was interested in a grand Cherokee . They didn't have what was exactly needed so I said I'd pass. He called the next day saying I found one , come by and get the deal done. I pulled up to the car only to tell him NO! It wasn't what I wanted. . I got in the car regardless as he was determined to sell me on it. The windows were completely steamed up . I asked why he said the heat. Its brand new and that's c*** . I told him find me another or this was off . After several hours he said he did. Told me it was black then an hour later said it was dark blue . Told him I wanted ****** miles for a lease he sold me on ******. Then asked are you really going to drive more than 30 a day? The following day I noticed within the gadgets that this. Rand new car had 670 m on it!!! I went there and told him and he said that's ok we will start your lease from there . I said I want that in writing. He blew it off. Made several calls to manager eventually they cut a check for ****** then I look at my contract and it said delivered with 7 miles . I had to call manager several more times . I then found 3 circles on the hood that looked like wet sand marks . Had to call manager again rims as well had marks on them . Was told This was there vehicle and I found out this car came from mo!! Lies again. Told me a co signer was needed and upon signing it was me that ended up co-signing and my dad was the owner . Since then my dad has passed . They scheduled an Appt for body shop on sat and when I got there no one works there on sat!! I had to bring back Monday and there was suppose to be a rental and that wasn't there . I called 3 times cause I had no update on my vehicle in 5 days and never received a call!!!! Car was delivered dirty my air was on full blast and my seat memory was goofed . Called office several times to get smatter resolved no one ever called me back. .I will never buy a car from here again

    After dropping off my vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit) for warranty work and being told that my vehicle WILL be ready before Close, the Courtesy van dropped me off at home after waiting almost 2 hours for it. I called back before 5pm to check on my vehicle only to be told it is ready, but the courtesy drivers went home, so there is NO WAY to pick me back up. After talking with ******* the Sales supervisor I was told that basically they dropped the ball but they were NOT going to do anything to fix this problem which they created themselves. they told me that I need to find a way there myself. Amazing how someone whom wants you to buy there product ONLY CARES about the sale and NOTHING beyond that. Now I am without a vehicle for the weekend and being able to take care of my mother without it is not possible, because I cannot drive her. PICK A DEALERSHIP DIFFERENT THAN THIS ONE BECAUSE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE - NOT US AS PEOPLE.

    Disappointed with Bettenhausen Automotive's Deceptive Practices and Lack of Integrity Purchased a vehicle from Bettenhausen Automotive and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. On May 11th, 2024, I bought a car from them despite it having over ******* miles on it. Shortly after returning to ********, the check engine light came on, prompting me to take it to a local dealership for inspection. To my dismay, the local dealership informed me that the catalytic converter had been replaced with incorrect, non-OEM parts that were not compatible with the vehicle. This is shocking considering Bettenhausen Automotive assured me of the vehicle's quality and reliability during the sale. What's worse is Bettenhausen Automotive's response or lack thereof when confronted with this issue. They have outright refused to take responsibility or make any effort to rectify the situation. Despite purchasing the Certified PO *********** warranty, they refuse to honor it. This demonstrates a complete disregard for honesty and integrity in their business dealings. As a customer who trusted ********************** to provide a reliable vehicle, I feel deceived and taken advantage of. It's unacceptable to sell a car with such a critical component replaced incorrectly and then wash their hands of any responsibility when problems arise. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Bettenhausen. Their apparent negligence and unwillingness to stand behind their products should serve as a warning to anyone considering a purchase from them. My experience has been a costly ******* and I hope others can learn from it before making the same mistake. I am currently stuck with a vehicle that requires expensive repairs due to Bettenhausen incompetence and unwillingness to make things right. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Bettenhausen Automotive to reconsider.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! **** is a service manager who ensured that I would never return! He became frustrated and refused my service because I asked for documentation regarding the charges he was quoting me. I have video footage of the incident and I will share it with my attorney as I am disgusted with my experience here

    I'm sad and disappointed that I let this dealership take advantage of me. I was a loyal customer and former employee of **********************, I worked for them for 9 years and purchased at least 7 vehicles from Bettenhausen. Its sad that the employees are willing to lose a loyal customer over $500.00 and asking me (the customer) to lie for them to ********************** Capital. Lets be honest here $500.00 isn't going to break them or make me rich its the principle. The salesman told me that I had $1000.00 dollars and if not more in equity in my vehicle when we were talking about turning it in and leasing another vehicle from them, but when I realized that Bettenhausen couldn't work a deal within my budget I decided to turn in the vehicle and have them buy out my lease and then sell it on the lot. Well, as a loyal customer I figured they wouldn't s**** me until I was on my way home from turning the vehicle in and talking to my husband and son. They only gave me $500.00 of that equity and then told me if Chrysler calls you and asks you what you did with the vehicle just tell them you bought it. I had a bad feeling about it and I tried to talk to the salesperson about it and it just felt shady even more. When I asked if they could just do the right thing and give me the other $500.00 they told me they stand with the final amount. Now, I am using the word loyal a lot because that's a word I used to describe myself to the ** or manager whatever and he in turn told me there are no loyal customers or loyal brand customers anymore. Well I guess Bettenhausen is not a loyal dealership either. Its one thing to s**** customers out of money but its a whole other level of shady business when you ask the customer to lie for the dealership and they were also willing to unwind the deal so I could take the vehicle somewhere else. That is awful customer service. Today was a learning experience for me and also an eye opener.
